Worth the Chance (MMA Fighter #2) by Vi Keeland

Okay, besides the cover, that already is HOT, I can say that I was so totally excited for Vinny's story, you have no idea! Having met him in the first book 'Worth the Fight' I was happy we'd see more of Vinny... And boy, do we see a LOT from him!

I really loved the book right from the beginning. I mean, what could be hotter than a MMA-Fighter giving class? You can bet your pretty behind that I'd be in his damn class every saturday... And whenever else he's actually giving one. No matter what it would be on...

But now let's get the synopsis out of the way:

Meet Liv Michaels
It may have been seven years, but I'd know him anywhere. Sure, he's grown, filled out in all the right places, but his captivating blue eyes and cocky grin are exactly the way I remember. Even though I'd much rather forget.

Liv Michaels is almost there. She's smart, determined and weeks away from landing the job she's dreamed about for years. Time healed old wounds, even her broken heart from the devastation of being crushed by her first love.

Meet Vince Stone
Women love a fighter, especially a good one. Lucky for me, I'm damn good. But there's one woman that isn't interested. Not again, anyway.

Vince 'The Invincible' Stone is every woman's fantasy...strong, sexy, confident and completely in control. Growing up surrounded by chaos, he's learned never to get too attached. Love will drag you down. He adores women, treats them well, puts their own needs before his own...for the night anyway. With the biggest fight of his life coming up, his focus should be on training.

When fate brings Vince & Liv back together again, there's no denying the chemistry is still there. But can Vince erase the old scars their past left behind? Or will Liv hurt him instead?

All I can say is: Wow. This book was intense right from the beginning...

All the sweet little scenes between Liv and Vinny just made me want to giggle all the time. I wish I could have been the best friend, Ally, because I think watching this from the sidelines just would make me get out my popcorn, taking my time to let it play out just right.

When Liv and Vinny finally get together and he can be all the bad boy he wants to be with her, all you can think is that no matter what, this is the place they'll always reach. Of course, knowing books we know it can't be that easy but... I was really holding my breath through the entire end, meaning basically the last fifty percent. I totally and fully and extremely loved this book. like really. Fully. Honestly. And in case you didn't realize it yet, I really did love this book.

Yours truly,

Julie
