It was another great Abbi Glines book. I already loved Cage York in the first book he had with Eva, and this second one didn't disappoint a bit. I would've been okay with only the one that was published, but this book was as amazing as the first one, a continuation of the amazingness that was this couple's first storypart. As you can tell, I thought it was REALLY amazing LOL

“Make no mistake. There will always be an us. You can pretend like what we had never happened. You can ignore your feelings. Hell, baby, you can even marry Jeremy f*cking Beasley. But there will always be an us. No one and nothing can change that.”

This booked means heartache again, of course. All of you that have read an Abbi Glines book know that most of the books have tragic, drama and a huge obstacles to get over in it. And this was no different. Despite everything having worked out in the first book, it doesn't end here. And my heart broke all over again the whole time. At the tragic, at the unfairness of it all and at the fact that those two people had to go through SO MUCH to finally get where they are now. And yet, both main characters still stay so true to who they really are and make you FEEL so badly with them. You cry with them, you laugh with them and you simply wanna read that things will be okay for the two of them here.

Eva has already lost one main man in her life, and when the second seems to have trouble with his health, it seems as if life again is playing a cruel joke. I mean, why else would you need to go through that AGAIN?? And she needs Cage...but he might be going away to college on a scholarship he ended up working hard for. But can he leave now that Eva needs the most? And what will happen if he does, or if he doesn't? So many questions that Abbi Glines throws out there, and you worry, love, cry with them all the way through it. 

What else is there to say? Besides that I loved the book, would recommend everyone to read ANY Abbi Glines book and that she'll still stay one of my favorite authors after this one! Oh, and I cannot wait for the next one! There are sooooo many great books in the making that I'm sitting here, hoping their release date will be sooner rather than later!!! And also, I do love Cage York!!!!
