The hotness that is Dank Walker - Existence Trilogy

Oh my......while I'm still swooning over Death (yes, you read that correctly) I'm also gonna try to review this amazing series that just came up in my rereads:

So the story is pretty simple....or not: Pagan Moore has always been able to see lost souls walking around. It has never been different, but one day, a wandering soul suddenly starts to talk to her. And that certainly hasn't happened before. Dank Walker, the "lost soul" that is talking to her, is a sexy, brooding, temperamental and smug young man that has all the makes of making her life hell. In every way possible. Before Pagan knows what is happening, she feels a certain draw to Dank and that confuses her. I mean, hello, why would you find a soul, that noone else but you can see, attractive and would want to keep around? Right, no reason. Pagan still can't get Dank out of her mind and before she knows what's happening, Dank is THERE. Disguised as the lead singer of a local rock band girls everywhere love, he can suddenly be seen by everyone, not only her. But why is he really here? What is his purpose? While finding out what Dank really is might not be the only shocking thing that will be revealed to Pagan in this series, the up and downs, the heart-wrenching decisions that need to be mad and the lives that will be altered along the way are just a few things why you NEED to get into this series.

"You're the one thing I want the most in the world yet the one thing I cannot have. Because to have you completely would be impossible."

Oh my, so I read this series a while ago and still knew that I loved the person that is Dank Walker and let me just tell you, rereading this series just made me fall in love with him all over again. While this story is about Pagan, Dank is just as much a part of it and you cannot get around falling in love with his  sexiness, his arrogance, his brooding, his know-it-all-attitude....I mean, seriously, he's Death after all. And while he's being all of those things, he can also be caring, considerate and all those things that you wouldn't believe Death to be at all. And watching him struggle with everything human is just making my heart ache with thinking about it.

"That was my Dank. I didn't feel lost or lonely anymore. That feeling had engulfed me over the past few weeks but I understood now. My heart had known Dank was at a distance."
Ceaseless - Abbi Glines

From the books overall Ceaseless is my favorite, just because we see the angsty, insecure and nervous side of Dank that he doesn't get to show a lot in the first two books. And let me tell you, that is one side of him that you do not want to miss, not at all!! I sooooooooooooooooo adore that guy, seriously! Plus, we actually get to read Dank's POV as well, and isn't that just the most amazing thing ever??

"This was not happening. His soul could go find itself some other soul to connect with. Pagan was mine. I already had a freaking vodoo spirit claiming her; I didn't need a damn human soul doing the same thing."

And now you can all go and get the books, thank you :D
